For all you poachers out there, please stay off the concrete coping. It needs time to cure.

  1. Have a little thought from an oldschooler that never had the chance to skate concrete earlier.
I am about to set up a new deck.
Do you have some recommendation on wheels.
Hard Rictas (bob burnqvist) or Rainskates yellow jackets a bit softer.

  3. About Avesta Skatepark,
looks fantastic! Nacka is building something 2008, but it seems like they don’t really know how to build a park. They are making some kind of streetskate park in concrete. One pool though, thank god. They just came up with a space behind a soccer field, like 8 meters wide and 80 meters long: We’ll build a skatepark here! I guess people from Stockholm will have to go to Avesta to skate a real concrete park now!

  4. Another oldie here!

I bought Z-Flex Jay Adams Pool earlier this year, and they are, in my opinion, excellent. Fast 58 mm, 97 A and very round (which it seems like a lot of wheels aren’t these days).

The choice was made because it was the only wheels I at that moment could find, that also met my requirements (~59 mm and 95-97 A). I was shopping for Spitfire Softers, also 58/97, but couldn’t find any.

  5. sthlm skatepark throws Quicksilver Vert Invitational the 20th, so hopefully we can get the park crowded sunday (depending on the comp afterparty-effect of course!)

again, supergood designed and built park by the crew!

Rock on.
