What started out as a rainy day, ended with sunshine and new concrete.
A nicely curved taco, I must say.

What rail are you talking about and how do you find it misplaced?

I can only see one rail (the middle picture at the right) and it seems to me that if you would attack the rail from where the camera dude is standing you wouldn’t have too much to land on. but as I said earlier.. I don’t know how it’ll be when it’s finished..

r-
I have not seen a problem to the approach, either from the top or the bottom of the rail.
Are you in the area? Do you want to have a closer look?
I’ll take new photos tomorrow so you can a better view.
Cheers

don’t worry about this little rail if you get a park like this!

well I’m about 60km away so it’s not like I can take my bike and get a closer look. and I am not complaining about the park, I was just curious if that was the final design of that area with the rail. but I may be wrong and you’re welcome to prove me wrong with some other pictures.. however I’m not complaining in any way..
