We were nominated against three other projects for this award, unfortunately we did not win, but we were excited to be part of the festivities.

Actionpark Gothenburg nominated for the Sienna prize.

This just in “….ActionPark in Gothenburg has been nominated to the Swedish Association of Architects Sienna prize 2009 along with three other projects. The prize acknowledges exceptional planning and landscaping in Sweden and the winner is to be revealed on December 4th at a ceremony in Stockholm.

In addition to the ceremony the Swedish Association of Architects publish all the nominated projects in a catalogue, in the magazine “Arkitekten” and on www.arkitekt.se.”- Martin Livian Architect MSA

What was scheduled as a lecture about StapelbÃ¤ddsparken, ended with an unexpected, but greatly appreciated award and scholarship for the outdoor skatepark in MalmÃ¶!
