			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I came across <a href="http://pdxvr.com/tours-skateboarding-34" target="_blank">this link</a> with some great interactive views of a few skateparks including the Seaside Design/Build Skatepark project completed by PTR in 2007.</p>
<p>Ten minutes south of Seaside is the small town of Cannon Beach. This PTR Design/Build Skatepark was completed last year. Below is a short video clip.<br />
